Kitesurfing

Kitesurfing (also called kiteboarding) is a wind-powered water sport that blends aspects of surfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding and sailing. The rider stands on a board and is pulled by a large inflatable kite, connected via 4–5 lines to a control bar and a harness. By steering the kite through the wind window, the rider generates pull to glide across the water, change direction, jump and perform tricks.
